We're Shawn and Jake, the duo behind builtbysj. A two-person Squarespace design team building sites that gain visibility, and provide an excellent first impression for your small business.

• Scoping Phase

We start by collecting your content and assets, and building a clear picture of your vision for the site. From there, we agree the scope and set out a clear plan before any design work begins.

Your homepage comes first, usually within 7 to 10 working days, followed by the rest of your site built around it. You'll see progress as we go, with a feedback stage built in to get every page right.

• Handover

Once you're happy with the finished site, we hand everything over with training and full ownership. You'll have 30 days of support built in, so nothing's left unresolved after launch.
